I later transitioned into entrepreneurship, launching multiple businesses and gaining hands-on experience in business operations, leadership, and process improvement. My career also includes recruiting and leadership development, where I advanced into executive leadership while mentoring professionals, building high-performing teams, and helping others achieve their goals. Those experiences strengthened my ability to listen, educate, and guide people through important decisions with confidence. Today, I bring that same passion to HealthMarkets.
