Before moving into insurance, I spent many years managing teams, improving business processes and helping organizations solve complex problems. That experience taught me the importance of listening, understanding individual needs and making complicated information easier to navigate. Today, I bring that same approach to helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.
