Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative provides coverage in 19 counties in eastern Wisconsin. A nonprofit, member-governed cooperative founded in 2014, Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative partners with Aurora Health Care, Trilogy network, and the award-winning Bellin Health systems to offer Envision Integrated Care Network, with more than 1,400 physicians, 15 hospitals, and 155 clinic sites. CGHC is a nonprofit, member-owned health insurance company governed by a board of directors composed of members purchasing insurance.

Earnings are returned to CGHC members as reduced prices or improved services. Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative provides health insurance to more than 25,000 individuals and family members.
