Its PPO network is the largest in the state, giving members a broad selection of doctors, hospitals, and medical professionals.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma’s individual and family plans meet the Affordable Care Act’s requirements and are organized into four metal levels: platinum, gold, silver, and bronze. Catastrophic plans are also offered in special circumstances.

Blue Cross Blue Shield also provides the BlueCard® Program, which assures members national coverage when living or traveling outside Oklahoma. The BlueCard Program is marked by efficient claims and access to care in all 50 states; Washington, DC; and Puerto Rico.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma offers supplemental products for purchase, such as the Fitness Program. The Fitness Program gives members access to 8,000 participating facilities across the country for activities such as personal training, massage therapy, and nutrition counseling.
